The diagram below illustrates the construction elements of the center wall between each of our condominiums. Each side has 2.5 inches of fire rated sheetrock followed by 2x4 inches of studded wall with 3.5 inches of fiberglass insulation. In between each unit there is a 2 inch space which all but eliminated noise and even vibration.
