There are many options available some that will require your current property to be sold, some that offer interim financing. check out options such as "bridge financing" and "Home Equity Lines of Credit".

How can I reserve a condominium unit so that I have time to either obtain financing or sell my home?

Tall Pines Condominiums offers a 90 day reserve option. You simply fill out an offer form for the unit you desire. A $1,000.00 dollar refundable deposit is required at that time. If after 90 days you choose not to proceed your deposit is refunded.

What do I need to do to make an offer?

Making an offer is simply filling out an "offer to purchase" form either with our representative or your Realtor of choice. The information will then be used to prepare a "Purchase and Sale" Agreement.

What is an adult community?

Residents of Tall Pines must be 55 years of age or older. Overnight guests are aloud with certain conditions, please refer to our "rules and regulations".

What are the Real Estate Taxes?

We are estimating the Real Estate Taxes @ $4,000 Per Year

What are the Condominium Association Fees?

The condominium Fees are $240 per Month. Your fees cover Association costs like Trash Removal, Snow Removal, Landscaping, Property Insurance for the exterior of the properties, and reserves.

Are Pets Allowed?

Yes. You are allowed two pets per unit. Pets must be leashed once outside of your unit and no pets that are banned by the state or town will be allowed.

Will More Units be built in the future?

No. There will only be 38 units in the development.

Are you allowed to enclose the decks?

Yes. Decks may be enclosed and used as a three season porch.
